Does the free plan include AI answers?
No. Free includes three crawler scans per month and zero AI answer checks. Pro is $9/month with 20 individual OpenAI API answer runs; Agency is $39/month with 100. Crawler scans and AI answers are different allowances.
What is an AI answer check?
One selected question run through the OpenAI API with web search. A five-question assessment uses five checks; rerunning one question uses one. A completed answer uses a check even if your business is absent. Failed answers are refunded.
Is this the same as consumer ChatGPT?
No. Reports show selected OpenAI API answers, not consumer ChatGPT sessions, rankings or real user query volume. Sources and descriptions may be inaccurate; verify them before acting. New answer runs are subject to service availability and spending safeguards.
When do AI checks reset?
AI answer checks reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, separately from your billing date. Unused checks do not roll over. Private saved answer evidence is retained for 90 days, including after downgrading.
What counts as a scan?
One scan analyzes one website (domain). How deep it goes depends on your plan: Free scans up to 3 selected pages, Pro crawls up to 50 pages per scan, and Agency crawls up to 100.
When do my scans reset?
Your scan count resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused scans don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between plans?
Free includes 3 crawler scans of up to 3 pages each per month. Pro ($9/month) includes 20 AI answer checks, 50 crawler scans, up to 50 pages per scan, a scheduled crawler scan and PDF export. Agency ($39/month) includes 100 AI answer checks pooled across businesses, unlimited crawler scans, up to 100 pages per scan and white-label crawler PDFs. AI answers are viewed online, not included in PDFs.
