The Service

BotView analyzes websites for search engine and AI crawler visibility. We crawl URLs you provide and generate reports showing how bots see your pages.

Acceptable Use

• Only scan websites you own or have permission to analyze
• Don't abuse the service to overload target websites
• Don't circumvent usage limits
• Don't use automated tools to access our service

Usage Limits

Each plan has scan limits. Unused scans don't roll over. We may suspend accounts that abuse limits or violate these terms.

Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime - access continues until period ends
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

Disclaimer

BotView provides informational reports. We don't guarantee SEO improvements or specific search rankings. Crawler behavior may change - our analysis reflects current known patterns.

Liability

We're not liable for decisions made based on our reports, or for temporary service unavailability. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
